Yes! We have several options for you to purchase off-line. The first option is to call us at 714.992.8010 and arrange to FAX your order. Secondly we can take a phone order. Keep in mind if you are not using a credit card we will hold your shipment until we receive your payment,and may hold your shipment until your check clears the bank. We accept all the major credit cards, paypal, checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.

SHIPPING METHODS AND THE CARE WE TAKE IN SHIPPING OUR PRODUCTS

Our recommended shipping method is either UPS, or USPS. You will save time and money and orders will be shipped within 1-4 days of receipt. However, most orders are processed for shipping as soon as they are received and usually shipped the same day, contingent the order is received before 2PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding weekends and holidays.

Moulon Beverly Hills inspects all merchandise for manufacturers defects and/or damage prior to shipping. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and to make sure it is free of any defect. All "damage" MUST be reported to the shipper within 24 hours from the date you receive the shipment. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IF THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPER. WE WILL ACCEPT "DEFECTIVE ONLY" MERCHANDISE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. ANY CLAIMS MADE AFTER THE 24HR PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All shipping charges comply to the standard rates for the United States Postal Office (USPS), Federal Express (FEDEX), United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL, depending on which method is selected. To insure that you will NEVER be charged over the standard shipping charges, all orders will be re-weighed and recalculated after packaged for shipping to reflect the accurate charges due. The USPS (United States Postal Office) will ship to a P.O. Box if requested.

REFUNDS - EXCHANGES - RETURNS

To EXCHANGE or RETURN merchandise you MUST obtain an EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE REQUEST (EMR) NUMBER. To receive the EMR number please contact or us at 714-992-8010, or email moulonbeverlyhills@roadrunner.com.

You MUST secure this number from our exchange department prior to making any returns or exchanges WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt. All returns MUST be shipped freight pre-paid by you. We reserve the right to inspect all returns upon receipt before an acceptance will be made. All claims for defective product MUST BE made in writing within 24 hrs after receipt of your product.

EXCHANGES: When making and exchange you must order other products to equal the original purchase price or purchase additional product. Refunds will not be issued for orders falling below the minimum order requirement. Upon returning merchandise you must include the following pertinent information: your name, address, email address, phone number, order number, SKU# of the product exchanging, and the SKU# of the new product to be exchanged. The exchange of merchandise when authorized will incur all additional shipping charges to and from the destinations, unless the returned merchandise is due to a manufacturing defect. EXCHANGES ON ALL PROMOTIONS: All free promotional shipping to and from the customer shall become the responsibility of the customer, and Moulon of Beverly Hills shall not incur the cost of free shipping charges, even if merchandise is damaged.

REFUNDS: If a refund is requested it must be made WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt of the merchandise. There will be 25% re-stocking fee for ALL merchandise returned. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON THE FOLLOWING: LUGGAGE; PROMOTIONAL "SALE ITEMS"; "CLEARANCE SALE"; "FINAL SALE" ITEMS, OR SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED. ALL SALES IN THESE CATEGORIES ARE FINAL. Additionally, all shipping charges is the responsibility of the customer for all returns and exchanges, unless the merchandise is returned due to a factory defect.

All returned merchandise must be "UNUSED" and in the original packaging. All labels must be attached and must be in the same NEW condition as received. Returned merchandise should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. Moulon of Beverly Hills is in no way responsible for ANY claims what-so-ever that are made for any merchandise after the 5 days grace period of the receipt of your merchandise. As stated above REFUNDS, RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE ON CLEARANCE SALE OR PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE ADVERTISED; ALL SALES IN THESE CATEGORIES ARE FINAL.

PLACING ORDERS NOT IN STOCK AND TYPOGRAPHICAL LISTING ERRORS

While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock occasionally we may be out of certain items. Out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total. We reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered at any time, due to availability.

We strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or an item was incorrectly discribed due to typographical information, technical or other error, Moulon of Beverly Hills reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product. Moulon rserves the right at any time after receipt of your order has been made to correct a typographical error made in pricing, discription etc., and to charge you accordingly. You will be notified via email of the error. If you disagree with the corrected price you will be required to return only the portion of the order that is in dispute, and Moulon shall pay for the return shipping charges via UPS Ground. EXAMPLE: If an item listed price is $100 and during the "check out process" it is listed at $10.00 then a typographical error has occurred and the listed price shall be charged to the order.

RECEIVING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you receive merchandise that is damaged due to shipping, you must make a claim with the freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this to the freight carrier when making your claim. If you notice concealed damage after the delivery driver has left, keep the original shipping box together with all the packing materials and call the freight carrier immediately to have them inspect the damage and file your claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Moulon of Beverly Hills is in no way responsible for defective merchandise after 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

We are required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipped ONLY to California residents. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to addresses in other states or for international orders.

DO WE HAVE A CATALOG?

We can not produce a print catalog due to the ever-changing products on a daily basis.
